"Serene Morning" Original Watercolor Painting by Sandy Tyler

The road glistened with the remnants of ice on a cool morning. A rainbow of colors splashed through the sky and trees. Despite the chill, the landscape was filled with warmth and hope as well as gratitude for a new day.

This 6" square painting is framed in a handmade pine frame and sealed with Tung Oil. The painting itself was created on FSC certified Aquabord with handmade soil watercolor. It is sealed with a honey and casein fixatif, eliminating the need for glass. There were no harsh chemicals or plastics used in the creation or finishing of this artwork.

Artwork was created by me, Sandy Tyler, in Ohio using the most sustainable materials I could find. Most materials are made by artisans in the USA.
