"Fall Rainbow " Originial Watercolor Painting by Sandy Tyler

Rainbows symbolize hope and new beginnings. This one came after a very violent storm. It shined so bright through steel gray storm clouds, seemingly disappearing into trees. Layers of watercolor created the lovely effect that glows, bringing warmth and hope.

This 6" square painting is framed in a handmade pine frame and sealed with Tung Oil. The painting itself was created on FSC certified Aquabord with handmade soil watercolor. It is sealed with a honey and casein fixatif, eliminating the need for glass. There were no harsh chemicals or plastics used in the creation or finishing of this artwork.

Artwork was created by me, Sandy Tyler, in Ohio using the most sustainable materials I could find. Most materials are made by artisans in the USA.
